Shipping & Delivery

All orders are sent tracked via Royal Mail, and tracking information is supplied when your order is dispatched. Orders are processed within 3 working days. Postage is calculated for you at checkout based on the items in your basket. We don't look to make a profit on postage, just to pass on the cost.

United Kingdom

FREE delivery to one UK mainland address on orders over £40.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.99 (allow 1-3 working days)
  • Single soap, shampoo & conditioner bars and wax melt bars are sent as tracked large letter
  • Medium parcel over 2kg: £6.50

Charges for dispatch to mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands are based on Royal Mail's postage tariff.

United States 🇺🇸

We ship to the USA via Royal Mail International Tracked (allow 5-7 working days from dispatch).

  • Soap bars, shampoo & conditioner bars, wax melts: £14.99
  • Candles, body butters and most other items: £16.99
  • Soap gift boxes: £20.00 standard or £28.00 express

Our US orders are sent using Royal Mail's Delivery Duties Paid service, so there are no surprise customs charges for you on delivery.

Canada 🇨🇦

We ship to Canada via Royal Mail International Tracked (allow 6-8 working days from dispatch; rural addresses may take a little longer).

  • Candles, body butters and most other items: £15.99
  • Soap gift boxes: £19.99 standard or £27.99 express

Canadian orders may occasionally be subject to local taxes (GST/HST) on arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Missing or delayed orders

Please notify us if you have not received your UK order within 7 days of tracking being provided (14 days for international orders), and allow us time to investigate the matter.

Cancellations

Cancellations should be notified by email at buddhaandbubble@gmail.com immediately. Refunds can only be processed before an order has been despatched. If the order has already been despatched, it is the buyer's responsibility to return the package, whereupon our Returns Policy will apply. Refunds can only be made to the original payment source and only when the item has been returned in its original packaging, exactly as received.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is entered into the shipping details, especially if the order is a gift.

Storage & Care

Buddha & Bubbles soap should be kept in its packaging and stored away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures, as the product may fade, deteriorate or sweat if left in direct sunlight or heat.

Soap should be left to dry between uses to ensure a long-lasting bar. Soap left standing in water will go soft and it will affect the integrity of the product.

During warm summer months, wax melts and candles shipped internationally may soften slightly in transit. This does not affect their quality or performance.
