Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store, such as our Wax Melt Subscription Box, are offered as a subscription. This policy explains how you can change, pause, skip or cancel these purchases.
How subscriptions work
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries, based on the frequency you select at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged automatically for each delivery until you cancel.
Cancelling your subscription
There is no minimum commitment, but we require 5 days' notice before your next billing date to cancel your subscription. Cancellation requests received less than 5 days before your billing date will take effect from the following billing cycle, meaning you will still be charged for and receive the upcoming box.
To cancel, use the links in your order confirmation email to manage your subscription, or email us at buddhaandbubble@gmail.com and we'll take care of it for you.
Any box already charged or dispatched will still be delivered, and our Returns Policy applies to it in the usual way.
Skipping or pausing
Need a break rather than a goodbye? You can skip a month or pause your subscription instead of cancelling. Just email us at buddhaandbubble@gmail.com at least 5 days before your next billing date and we'll arrange it.
Changing your details
If you need to update your delivery address or payment details, use the links in your order confirmation email or contact us at least 5 days before your next billing date. Please make sure your address is up to date: we cannot refund boxes sent to an old address.
Refunds
Payments already taken for boxes that have been made or dispatched are not refundable on cancellation, but if there is a problem with your box (damaged, missing or incorrect items), contact us and we will make it right. See our Returns Policy for full details on returns and refunds.
