The three carefully positioned wicks ensure a deep, wide, and even melt pool, releasing an exceptional scent throw that fills large rooms quickly and cleanly for up to 90 hours. Each one has been wick tested for the individual fragrance selected. The candle is crowned with exquisite, hand-piped whipped wax and your choice of beautiful botanical wax melt embeds.

We have ensured that you will get a full melt pool across the top of the candle if you burn the candle for 3 hours on the first and subsequent burns to avoid tunnelling.  Always place the candle on a heat resistant surface and trim wicks after every use.  A candle care card is including with every candle. Making this candle is a time consuming process as we have to wait for the base to set before we can pipe the wax and have the embeds ready to go on before it sets

Q. Can I choose a longer name?

No, unfortunately we know that we can only five letters comfortably across the candle.

Q. Can I choose more than one colour for the embeds on top.

A. Yes you can - please message your requirements at checkout (maximum of 2).

Q. Can I get a refund if I don't like it.

A. We have every confidence that you will love your candle.  Every candle is individually handmade to order so unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds.

Q. What is the processing time?

A. Because our candles are all handmade to order and to ensure your candle has passed our strict quality assurance we allow four days for shipment so please bear this in mind.  Check out Express Orders before if you need it in a hurry.

Q. How are the candles shipped?

A.  Candles are well packaged and boxed, sent with a candle care card. Sent via RM Tracked 48 with full tracking details sent to you on shipping.

Q. Can I request an express order?
